"My wife and I bought her first motorcycle here at Yamaha Suzuki of Texas. Our salesperson, Miguel, helped us through the entire purchase process. We weren't prepared to actually bring a bike home, but Miguel delivered the bike to us 2 hours after closing. If that's not great customer service, I don't know what is! We definitely coming back to buy bike number 2."

"My name is Brent Henson. I am a SGT in the US Army. While deployed just prior to comin home on RandR I found the bike I wanted on their website. I made the initial contact but trusted my wife to handle everything else given our situation. Bottom Line: They sold us a great bike for a good price! RJ, our sales guy, was very helpful and not pushy to my wife. They delivered the bike the next day and even set it up to be stored until I could get home. When I returned state side for RandR I went to shake RJ's hand and buy some gear. The accessories department was very helpful and knowledgable! One of the items I purchased had to be returned due to a bad zipper. The manager was very helpful and friendly, and he replaced the jacket promptly. Lastly, I got an air bubble in my coolant line and had to take the bike in to service. The service department was wonderful. The work was timely and thorough. I couldn't reccommend a better shop to do business with. GREAT PEOPLE and GREAT SERVICE! Thanks again to everybody at this shop!"

"I wanted to comment on the excellent service provided by Dallas Webb. He was very patient and detailed with a complicated topcase order for my Bandit sport bike. Furthermore, when I thought the case latch was broken from shipment he was able to carefully and patiently work through how it actually should work. Even the directions from Suzuki did not explain it like he did. Great service. Please promote this guy and give him a deserving raise. Thanks again Dallas.

"Friendly staff,
Over all if you feel intimidated by not knowing information they are real helpful in answering any questions. If you can't find the product you are looking for they will find it for you and the cost will be very competive as to the point you need not look else where.
I had made that mistake and looked else where and paid $80.00 over the cost I could have purchased a accessory here at this Dealership.
I always have got my vehicle out on time in a reasonable period and always got a phone call to tell me when it is ready.
